Designing
How you can maximise your engagement through digital
by Jennifer Travis  |  June 2024

At One Engage our products are crafted by communication and engagement experts. They are designed to empower communities by breaking down barriers to participation, foster transparent communication and enable efficient collaboration and decision-making processes. This is done by creating:

Increased accessibility: our tools can reach a wider audience instantly, overcoming physical barriers like distance or time constraints. This accessibility allows community members to participate in discussions, access information, and engage in activities regardless of their location.QR codes or simple urls can be displayed across the project area to enable access, which allows a simple and familiar onboarding experience for community members.

Convenience: our tools are designed to be available across all devices(phone, tablet, desktop)providing convenience by allowing community members to engage at their own pace and schedule. This flexibility encourages greater participation as people can contribute when it suits them best.

Transparency and information sharing: our systems are designed to enable transparent and efficient sharing of information, updates, and decisions. This transparency builds trust within the community as members have access to the same information, reducing misunderstandings and promoting informed discussions.

Feedback mechanisms: the purpose of our tools is to gather data and insights through innovative and outcome-focused methods, providing more informed decision making and community knowledge.

Broadened participation: our digital tools aim to drive more diversity by reaching a broader audience. This provides a richer picture of sentiment that will inform project strategies and reduce project risk.

Improved data analytics: with an innovative back-end reporting, our tools analyse engagement metrics and trends, providing valuable insights into community interests, behaviours, and preferences. This data-driven approach helps projectstailor their engagement strategies and initiatives more effectively.

Cost efficiency: compared to traditional methods of engagement, utilising digital systems allows projects to direct precious human resources where they are most needed.

Increased collaboration: our digital platform facilitates collaboration among community members, organisations, and stakeholders beyond geographical boundaries. This networking capability enables communities to leverage collective expertise, resources, and support for shared goals and projects.

These benefits collectively enhance community engagement and enable more inclusive, responsive, and dynamic community interactions
